How to easily change. If you want to learn, you read this post.
Go to "provinces" folder in “C:\Program Files\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron III\history\”.
Create a new folder and give name “1” (When you finished your work, you could delete "1" folder).
Open "1" and "provinces" folders in the desktop.
For example, you want to create India.
Go to "united kingdom" folder in “C:\Program Files\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron III\history\provinces\”. And click Windows Search Button.
Write “add_core = IND” in the "Search in file" box. And click Search button.
Indian Provinces will be listed.
Select all files in this list and Cut this files.
Additional information : Sometimes Country province files can be found in different folders. if it is so, Go to "provinces" folder in “C:\Program Files\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron III\history\”. And click Windows Search Button. But don't cut file in this window. Perform the process in each folder separately.
Paste this file in the "1" folder.
Open one file with Notepad++ in the "1" folder.
Click “Search” menu > “Find in Files…” command.
1- Click “Directory :” box > “…” command.
2- Select "1" folder.
3- “Find what :” box : Write data that want to change.
4- “Replace with :” box : Write data that want to replace.
5- Click “Replace in Files” botton.
NOT : Make other settings such as image.
You click “Replace in Files” button. Appear “Are you Sure?” window. Click "Okay" button.
You Clicked "Okay" button. Appear this window. Wait for the process to finish.
When finished. Appear this window.
Select all files in the "1" folder. And paste this files in the "united kingdom" folder.
Additional information : If you want to delete a data in the Province files. You leave empty in the “Replace with :” box.
Repeat this process Owner, controller and add_core separately.
