Go to "common" folder in “C:\Program Files\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron III\”.
Open the “faction_aims.txt” file with Notepad program.
Red Box : It indicates new option.
Blue Box : It indicates the province id number.
“primary = yes” : To be marked in the VC List.
